I’m Dr. Anna Consla, a licensed clinical psychologist in California and Hawaiʻi. I offer therapy exclusively through secure telehealth sessions, creating a safe and confidential space where healing and growth can take place.

With years of experience working with trauma, anxiety, grief, and life’s transitions, I integrate evidence-based approaches with genuine compassion. My goal is to support you in navigating challenges while also helping you discover inner strength, clarity, and new possibilities.
