I provide individual psychotherapy sessions to adults (18+) who wish to work through the impact that stressful experiences, interpersonal injury, and trauma have had on their lives, including those with histories of chronic, complex trauma, childhood trauma, and current dissociative symptoms. I work with those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of their current identity, and heal wounds, old and new. My stance is warm and heartful, and I take an integrative approach to treatment. I utilize evidence-based therapies to flexibly meet each person’s unique needs.
