Dr. Anna Consla, Psychologist

Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium. CA License: PSY31365.

I work with women, men, plural, and nonbinary individuals who have experienced interpersonal injury and trauma. Particularly after our sense of trust and safety have been violated, it’s essential that the new relationships we find the courage to build are caring, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Within therapy, I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to nurturing the changes you wish to see in your relationships with yourself, others, and the world. My approach is gentle and compassionate, and I want you to feel seen, understood, and believed. It’s important that you find the right therapist for you, so my wish is that you feel empowered to look for a therapist with whom you feel truly comfortable.

I offer therapy sessions via telehealth (video) only. Please note that I do not accept insurance, but I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
